Reinforced Concrete Walls and Slabs Very Long Break Time

Reinforced concrete walls and slabs (incl. variants) have very long break times compared with their standard block and stairs versions.

Tested with:
Blastcraft 1.19.2-0.3.4-0
Blastcraft 1.21.1-0.5.1-0

The wall makes sense however thats not possible for the slab

I'm having the same issue on Blastcraft 1.21.1-0.5.1-0. My friend placed 2 reinforced concrete slabs into one block in her house and couldn't break it with a diamond pickaxe, having to use a piston to push it out.
