Add Pipewire instruction to "Tutorial - Recording Computer Playback on Linux" (outdated manual)

Hi!

Please add an instruction for Pipewire to "Tutorial - Recording Computer Playback on Linux".

The tutorial says "Most modern Linux desktop systems use PulseAudio sound system", which I believe is no longer correct (at least for Ubuntu).
