🐞 Describe the Bug There is no vertical spacing between the navbar and the announcement banner across multiple pages (Tools, Community, Case Studies, Blog, and Roadmap). As a result, both sections appear visually merged, with no breathing space between them, making the UI look cramped and inconsistent.

1. Visit any of the following pages:

2. Observe the area between the navbar and the announcement banner.
3. Notice there is no margin or padding — both elements touch directly.
