What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?

I'd propose a clarification of the field "protocolVersion":

• Either it is something like MQTT 3 vs MQTT 5., i.e. the version of the underlying MQTT or AQMP protocol.
• Or it is the version of the API itself (like John Doe's messaging service api version, that is something like "0.5 beta 3".

I do not know which of the two is correct, so I cannot propose a patch or something.
