Why do we need this improvement?

As suggested in the discussion I have written a PDF download component for the agenda page.

How will this change help?

With this component, the agenda list of the preferred event can be downloaded.
Here is the 1st draft of the design I would like to propose.

How could it be implemented/designed?

I implemented the component with react-pdf/renderer. The component is the download button, which downloads a PDF when clicked.

hey @thulieblack I have handled the case when there are multiple speaker for same topic
