ENH: notebook dependent dependencies #33
Description
Investigate whether the underlying infrastructure supports notebook-dependent dependencies.
E.g. would it be possible to start-up binder/colab that has extra dependencies without adding it as a dependency for each and every notebook? Or would this cause a lousy user experience as they would not be able to switch easily between notebooks in an already started session?
