[PT011] I want to disallow calling pytest.raises without match regardless of the error type.

I want to disallow calling pytest.raises without match regardless of the error type. Is there a way to achieve that? We could use raises-require-match-for and specify all error types in a codebase there, but that's exhausting.

Ideas on how to support this:

1. Treat an empty array as all types:

raises-require-match-for = []

2. Introduce a special name like "ALL":

glob patterns are accepted... why not just use:

raises-require-match-for = ["*"]
