This presentation explores how AI can be used to moderate online content, based on a real-world evaluation of large language models like GPT, Claude, and Gemini. I’ll share insights from testing these models on 5,000 real comments related to cyberbullying and harmful behavior. The talk covers how well the models performed, what kinds of mistakes they made, and what we can learn about building more reliable AI moderation systems.
