Window buttons don't look good on Windows

Since the app was designed for OS X, the window buttons (minimize, maximize and close) look like OS X's. The looks actually fit the app, but since we're on Windows, which has the window icons on the right, the icons are reversed (close, minimize, maximize).

and they are inverted from the standard windows top right menu buttons

Also once maximised, the button no longer restore window to the original/smaller size.
