Introduce additional filters for GetVtxos #863
Description
from and until would allow us to select data based on a "last sync timestamp".
HOWEVER, this filter must be on a lastUpdated not simply created flag. If a vtxo is spent/swept/expires/ etc, it should have its updated timestamp...updated
