Cant work without redis-ha unless removing dependency form chart yaml

Describe the bug

when i marked the redia-ha as enabled: false he chart still requierd the dependency although i marked false, and i could not install argo unless deleted form chart.yaml

To Reproduce

run helm install wihtout having the redia-ha chart
then you will get missing depencies from helm

Expected behavior

run clean if marked redis-ha as false

Same in my case. When trying to upgrade to ArgoCD 8.3.0..:
helm upgrade --history-max=5 --install=true --labels=catalog.cattle.io/cluster-repo-name=argo-helm-repo --namespace=argo-cd --timeout=10m0s --values=/home/shell/helm/values-argo-cd-8.3.0.yaml --version=8.3.0 --wait=true argo-cd /home/shell/helm/argo-cd-8.3.0.tgz
I'm getting..:

even though in values.yaml I have.:
