The exec terminal fails to recognize arrow keys and the delete key in certain situations #24994

Environment： MAC Laptop，argocd v3.1.5
Description:

Use vi to edit a text file in the terminal.
Enter multiple lines of content.
Exit edit mode.
Press "a" to re-enter edit mode.
The Mac delete key fails to remove text.
Arrow keys cannot be used to control cursor position.

The zsh terminal on macOS works fine locally.
