Feature: Section in User Guide on Parallel runs

## Background and motivation
I had a lot of difficulty getting SaltProc working with MPI.

## Description of idea
Add a section to the user guide on running in parallel.

## Implementation details
- OpenMC:
  - turn off tallies, environment variables workaround.
- Serpent
  - what to do??
