Rename `clash-meta` to `mihomo`

Clash.Meta has been renamed to mihomo. Should we also make corresponding updates based on upstream changes?

I prefer not to rename it, as there is AUR package mihomo.

Perhaps we should add mihomo to the repo and then drop clash-meta, as it has been a long time since clash-meta was renamed to mihomo, and its name was not changed back by the upstream.
