Display real-time logs outputted from a plugin when the --debug flag in set.

It is needed for plugins which have a long run time such as kube-burner and web-burner plugins.

@Harshith-umesh is this related to running plugins as a standalone or during workflow execution? If it's during workflow execution, this should be moved to the engine repo.

@janosdebugs i believe it's required both during standalone execution and workflow execution, should I create an issue on the engine repo as well.
an unrelated question: what happens if multiple plugins output real-time logs during a workflow run?

Right now, logs are not handled in real time. If this should be a thing, then we need to make a more robust logger in the engine.
