Footnote not visible

The first footnote should list a github link, but the footnote text is nowhere and clicking on the superscript "1" just moves the view around a bit.

@ramiluisto what is the width of your screen? On wide displays you would find the content in the right side margin.

In any case, there have been recent improvements to sidenote display, and I have regenerated this article to the latest presentation. Let me know if you see an improvement.
