Filter loglevel output

Description

Trivy is quite verbose in our case. We run many trivy commands.

There's the flag -q, --quiet, but it hides all loglevels.
It would be nice to be able to select the minimum loglevel to print.
example: --loglevel WARN (worse level than WARN will be printed too)

Yes, I also think that proposal is reasonable, but first, let's determine how much users actually need that feature. There are many features that would be nice to have, but if most users don't use them, they become liabilities.

If I remember correctly, -q also hides everything including error.
So we can't really use -q in CI otherwise there won't be any clues of what have gone wrong.

Maybe at least printing errors to stderr even when -q is set ?
