Add support for the Mageia distribution

Description

It would be useful to support detecting the Mageia distribution. It's RPM based so most of the groundwork is already there. Vulnerabilities are reported in OSV format and indexed by osv.dev. It appears that some trivy supports obtaining some other vulnerabilities already from osv.dev, so likely much of the hard work is already done. I have a PR that adds Mageia support to the analyzer, but I'm not sure of the best way forward for the remaining features.
