Add "zoom up" capabilities

Most important for crossbow and sniper rifle, but having the function for all guns would work too.

If we can't think of any good secondary for the sniper rifle then zoom is a good option. I think it should be possible to zoom for any weapon but having zoom as secondary for some would be super useful.
