Cleanup Old Grails.org and GitHub.io URLs

Some of these have redirects, while others do not. All should be updated to the new grails.apache.org URL.

Hello @jamesfredley,
I picked this up and noticed that https://grails.github.io/gorm-graphql/snapshot/guide/index.html is returning a 404 error.

Could you confirm if I should point this to the official GitHub repo (https://github.com/grails/gorm-graphql)instead? Or is there a different documentation URL I should be using?

@sanjana2505006 https://grails.github.io/grails-data-graphql/latest/hibernate/guide/index.html appears to be the update/correct URL after digging through https://github.com/grails/grails-data-graphql/tree/gh-pages
