We're looking for a variety of topics with the theme of reflecting on the 50 releases of DataFusion! Seems VegaFusion has been using DataFusion for a while so it might be interesting to also reflect upon how your experience has evolved, what are things we could further improve upon, etc. I'll ping you on discord |

I’d love to give a talk on DataFusion/Vortex stuff! Specifically, how DataFusion’s extensibility was hugely useful for bootstrapping, building/testing, & benchmarking a new file format :) |

As long as I'm in town I'll attend! I might be able to present on geospatial support for DataFusion, but it's in pretty early stages and who knows what state it'll be in by August/September 🙂 |

Yes, it was recorded. I will post here when we have the recording available online. BTW if you are interested in hosting a DataFusion meetup (basically help find a venue) somewhere else I would be very happy to assist in helping find speakers and attendees. |
