feature request: create file if one does not exist when saving

When using fx to edit in place but the file does not exist, I would like fx to create the json file.

Could you, please, explain the use case? Where file should be saved? What name?

So for example, if I run the following command

fx package.json 'x.name = "foo",  x' save

But package.json does not exist, it would be nice if the fx would create a package.json file with "name" set to "foo".
