[Bug] Context window exhausted mid-session causing unexpected interruption

Bug Description
CC was working FINE throughout a multi-day session with similar instructions, but interrupted my work in the middle of the context. THIS DISRUPTS VALUABLE RESEARCH and is totally unacceptable. PLEASE FIX CLAUDE CODE! IT IS UNUSABLE FOR SCIENTISTS!!!
