[BUG] Custom Connector Removal after wrong config #55267

Description

Preflight Checklist

  • I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I tried to configure a custom connector I misconfigured the oAuth ID. The custom connector should connect to the Salesforce MCP server. After saving the connector, the UI allowed only to "connect" to the connector. However, Salesforce blocks the request due to the wrong authentication (ofid_01248fbb5f0bb82a). The option to change, or remove the configuration is not available - only to already connected connectors. Also, to add a new connector with the same MCP URL is not possible, as the old wrongful connector already is configured with this MCP URL.

What Should Happen?

It should be possible not only to try to connect to the MCP server, but also to change or remove the custom connector
