Remove cache icon from nav

Clear and concise description of the problem

Just making a small suggestion to remove the cache icon from the micromenu displayed here and reposition it

as it has a different behavior than the other elements (namely it has no hover state and is not clickable)

Suggested solution

A couple of suggestions of where to put it:

1. To the left of the micro menu with a small divider (and perhaps a label vs the native tooltip which saves an interaction of having to hover)

   An argument could also be made for moving both the favorite and caching icons to the area in suggestion 3 since both of those are functionalities directly related to the icon set itself while the rest of the current micro menu is dedicated to overall site functions
