Try to use Tauri instead of electron

Try to use Tauri builds for more lightweigt solutions

I know electron is used in many projects has a lot of comunity behind but i propose to try tauri, it make binaries muuuch more lightweight and fast, and it's compatible with every framework and VanillaJS.
