Opencode not giving any output while using it with a local model and showing at last 'this operation timed out'

Description

I am using opencode with ollama with qwen-coder2.5-3b. I am trying this with simple prompts. But everytime I am running it, it is not generating any output, it just keeps running and at last showing this operation timed out after few minutes as the screenshots. I am trying with different versions, models and terminals, and every time it is the same. Not working inside vscode too. Please tell me how to fix this.

None of those accurately represents the exact problem I am having. I am hoping for actual help from a real person.
