Still getting Effect.tryPromise error after reinstall and downgrade on Windows

Related to #33742.
I'm also experiencing a new issue on top of the segfault. After doing opencode uninstall and reinstalling, trying multiple versions (both older and newer), and even switching to a different internet connection (mobile hotspot), I still get this error every time I run OpenCode:
Error: Unexpected error
An error occurred in Effect.tryPromise

Nothing seems to work. Any idea what's causing this?
