Ctrl+V paste auto-submits the card

When using Anki web I sometimes face this annoying issue where after pasting some text it auto-submits the card even though I don't hit the "add" button.

I am also interested in debugging this issue, as fixing issue of the tool that I use on a regular basis sounds exciting!
