Scrollbar thumb changes length when scolling #19480

Does it also happen in the desktop version?
- This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop
What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
Have tags/card that take up different numbers of lines then scroll. It's best to see the bug in action:

Expected behaviour
The length of the scrollbar "thumb" should not change while scrolling.

Anki Desktop limits all cards in the browser/tags to take only one row, which seems to eliminate the issue.

- I have checked the manual and the FAQ and could not find a solution to my issue
