Can you add windows build ?

Appreciate your work here @andrewmackrodt , but just asking, do you intended to make a windows build ? currently it does not work for windows environment

I would need external contributions to get the build going through github actions and then I could probably maintain it from there. I'm primarily a macOS and Linux (Ubuntu) user and use Windows reluctantly. I'll leave this open in case anyone can help out.
