Installation error (scipy) #147
Description
Default pip-installed SciPy currently does not provide prebuilt wheels for Python 3.14, so pip install -e . tries to build from source and fails. I have hacked scipy==1.16.3 in setup.py, which installs, but haven't tested the full functionality.
