userdata for uiTableModel

could we have a userdata (like a void*) associated with an uiTableModel. This would help with language bindings and generally with associating data with a model.

The idea was that you create a struct whose first member is the uiTableModelHandler and you then use a pointer to that struct as a uiTableModelHandler *. But I'm not sure if this is the best approach anymore.

Maybe, but IMHO #392 is better.

@andlabs that's how I currently do it, but I think the data belongs to the model, not the model handler. Think database connections: the handler would have all functionality to interface a database table to a libui table, the table model would then have a reference to a struct containg the database connection and what else is needed.
