Describe the bug
No transcription happens. I click the hot key, it pops up with the small window, then as I speak it doesn't add my words or record them at all. I've changed my mic inputs many times and even tried updating and rolling back the software but nothing seems to work. the app is complelely bricked for me now. it also completely freezes and is unresponsive once the hotkey is pressed. This is a FluidVoice issue because I've tested this on other options and the transcription and mic is working fine. Sometimes the force quit isn't necessary.
Reproduction steps
- Press hotkey
- Program freezes and no input is recorded
Expected behavior
should have seen my words on the pop up as I speak and have it saved in the app as well as pasted into whatever text field is selected upon ending the recording
Actual behavior
app freezes and requires force quit. Sometimes the force quit isn't necessary.
