Where is the best place to get help?

I have some troubles using outshine minor mode in some corner cases (for instance in emacs-lisp buffer).

Documentation for this very nice library is very sparse and terse (apart from the code itself and Worg).

What is the best place to ask for help? Is it here, on some mailing-list or IRC channel?

Maybe that information could be added to the README.org file?

shrug Wherever you can find users, I guess. There are probably some on Reddit, too.

If you have a bug report, this is obviously the place to file it.
