AMQP Publisher - disable sending unwanted properties

Would it be possible to put an option (checkboxes) to be able to not send properties in the AMQP request?
In my project, I have a situation where I'm testing some functionality sending requests to rabbitMQ and the AMQP publisher sends all properties even when some are empty. When Camel is trying to fix empty properties putting there some values some random queues are created which is not expected and causing some issues later.

+1 yes, that's a problem

camel detects the need for a reply by checking for null:
boolean sendReply = properties.getReplyTo() != null;

amqp publisher stores an empty string in properties.replyTo

empty fields should not be passed
