Feature: Publish this NuGet package as a .NET Standard 2.0 library

My suggestion/feature request is the following:

As Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory is a .NET Standard 2.0 class library - this should also be a .NET Standard 2.0 class library.

This would allow for creating helper libraries (.NET Standard 2.0) that include and use both of them.
