Publish exe for windows?

Hi, would be great if you could publish a .exe for Windows. Would make installing much simpler. I also failed to compile from code.

I do think I ought to do this. I'm not sure if anybody is using this, so, this is my attempt at trying to find out!

I would for sure appreciate an exe. I made this account just to request it, lol. I'd love to see what sort of shell integration is possible. Snapdrop seems to be miles ahead of competition in terms of simplicity and functionality
