The application "snapdrop-desktop" can't be opened.

I downloaded the file, then copy the .app file to the application. Then open it, and it said The application "snapdrop-desktop" can't be opened.
I'm using MacOS Catalina v10.15.6

Hi there.

Sorry for me having been inactive recently.
I am working on a rewrite once again, and hopefully I will be able to cross compile this solution correctly. I will also look into setting up a Catalina VM to test this with.

For the time being, please keep me updated on this issue.

I've rewritten the code for Snapdrop Desktop. At the moment, I have Linux builds functioning, however, the plan is to work on CI/CD for both Darwin and Windows/NT. This should be completed by the end of the day- thank you!
