no rerun executable installed #138

MacOS 12.6.2 on M1 Mac
using rbenv

Would expect to find entry for rerun in ~/.rbenv/shims but there is nothing there. Simply copying one of the other files in that dir (verbatim) and naming it rerun made it available as a command.
