Configure limit on total time in a day

Currently if the user forgets to pause the tracker at the end of the day the record is automatically continued until midnight. Users should be able to configure a time for the "end of day", for example if they usually don't work later than 6pm, or they always leave at 5pm. Then there's no need to stop the tracker.
Would have to add an override mechanism if tracking hours later than the "end of day".

There could also be a time limit on the total hours in a day (e.g. cut off at > 8 hours).
There should be a notification (email? message board in app?) when the total time was limited. This can of course only happen when the app is opened again the next time.

End of day has been implemented. A new menu item "Settings" allows to configure the default time for the end of the day. This only applies if the tracker is left running and an active project is stored in a historical record.
Warning messages are generated to highlight when the time tracker was not stopped, in "Create Record" and "Edit Data".
The time limit on the total hours on a day has not been implemented.
