line widgets: Seems like focusing on a line is off by a few pixels when clicking the lines under a line widget #5874

Describe the bug
Clicking on the lines under the line widget focuses the wrong line by about half line. clicking on the top half of a line focuses the previous line. Any recommendations for the settings?
Expected Behavior
Clicking the lines under the line widget should focus the correct line where the pointer is placed
Current Behavior
Clicking focuses the wrong line
Reproduction Steps
Playground
wait until the line widget renders
click on the lines under the line widet on their top half of vertical space
the focus will be placed on the previous line
