GIthub Apps functionality for git-sync.

It looks like the git-sync project (as of v4.3.0) now supports authentication with Github Apps. This adds a more secure authentication option for enterprise/organisation to pull private repos.

Just seeing if there is any appetite for adding this to the dags.gitSync.* config options?
