Problems with gene track and 2D annotations in hg38

When loading a hic file aligned to hg38, the gene track doesn't work.

Separately, when I try to load this file by URL as a 2D annotation track, it doesn't work. If I download the file and load it locally, it works, but then I can't share.

Google recently started requiring 3rd party cookies enable for oAuth protected files, but that shouldn't matter here as this one is public.
