Problem loading 2D annotation track

This track in the menu doesn't seem to be loading: "Tang Luo Li et al. | Cell 2015 | GM12878 ChIA-PET loops"

First, I cannot see 2D annotations in the web server version of Juicebox.
For example, in Juicebox.js (http://aidenlab.org/juicebox/)
I used our ChIA-PET data, which can load from the select map menu:
Select Contact Map = "Tang Luo Li et al. | Cell 2015 GM12878 ChIA-PET", and
2D Annotations = "Tang Luo Li et al. | Cell 2015 | GM12878 ChIA-PET loops"
I can load and see the contact map but cannot see the 2D annotations.

It loads in Desktop Juicebox and there are no errors in developer tools.
