Description
This website should be like a mini-manual on analyzing censored data with Bayesian methods. So the first "chapter" should be an introduction to censored data, along with examples outside of a time-to-event context (other books talk plenty about Bayesian survival models, we care about non-survival models). Make a list here of what we should talk about.
- What does censored data mean?
- Types of censored data (left, right, interval) and data-generating process
- Examples of censored data
- Fixed vs varying vs unknown censoring limits?
- Interval censoring with fixed limits vs. value-based limits?
- Right and left censoring as interval censoring when one limit is infinity
- Censored data likelihood for modeling
