[Bug]: Issues with github issue templates

The .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml has errors with the default for the version drop down. I think it's supposed to be the index and not the value.

Both the bug report and the feature_request.yml also have the wrong link for the "I have read the contribution guidlines"
