Task tool was renamed to Agent tool #32
Description
Title says it all. It breaks functionality at couple of places (ralph, pipeline).
Apparently it went undocumented in v2.1.63 as per this issue anthropics/claude-code#29677
Fix
Tell your agent to replace Task tool with Agent tool
