Differential testing of Gene-based and Region-based AUC scores

@SeppeDeWinter Thank you for developing and maintaining this awesome tool! I was wondering if you had any recommendations for performing differential testing of the gene based and region based AUC scores between conditions? For example, can I take the mean of the gene and region based AUC scores and perform a t-test using the mean scores per sample? Is there another way to consider both gene based and region based AUC scores in differential testing?
