How to generate this heatmap plz #479

Hi everyone,
I recently do my scRNA-seq analysis, and realized SCENIC such a great tool. I'm particularly interested in reproducing Figure 1b from the paper "SCENIC: single - cell regulatory network inference and clustering"， like this. I've made some efforts on my own, but I failed. Could someone kindly guide me recreating this figure? and related codes would be greatly appreciated!!!
